Loutzenhiser-Jordan Online Guestbook for Victor P. Utlak

Vic was a wonderful person as I had talked to him numerous times at Boy Scout functions, at Sheetz or at the local grocery store. He always made a point to take the time to converse with me and I always enjoyed our chats. He was a person whom you always enjoyed chatting with and he had so much wisdom in him. When I was in scouts, he would be at the top of my list to invite to our troop functions. What a thrill he was to have with us for those times with the scouts. He will be greatly missed and I, along with others, will have very fond memories of him!
