I had the pleasure of working with Sue for a period of time with UPMC Community Medicine. She was a wealth of knowledge and was a true asset to my growth as a manager. She told me what I needed to hear--regardless if I wanted to or not. I've always respected her honesty and her approach for teaching others.

I have know Sue for more than 20 years and will truly miss her. She hired me years ago to work for Dr. Steele and she has taught me a lot and attribute my success as practice manager to what I learned from her. God bless her and may she rest in peace. What a wonderful person.

Although I haven't seen or talked with Sue/aka Susie in a few odd years, I am shocked and deeply saddened by her sudden and untimely passing. I still owe her a beer and so much more. I first met Sue back in the early 80's when I became an employee for Mark L. Stabile, D.O.,P.C. She was one of the best--boss, teacher, mentor and friend. Sue's knowledge, dedication, commitment and work ethic was comparable to none, and a serious driving force behind the current success of UPMC's Parkside Orthopedics. Thank you Sue, for everything and we'll still have that beer someday. Rest in peace for a job well done.
