So very sorry to all the family of Mr. Clark. I was a student of his at Reynolds back in the late 60's. Always going to his science class was the best part of my day...he made learning fun and interesting... RIP Mr. Clark

Our family reconnected with Bob (always "Mr. Clark" to me!) in the past few years at White-Cliff and we all enjoyed talking with him so much. He was enthusiastic about so many things and his interest in family history was contagious. He could carry on a conversation about so many topics, including the old days at RHS and family history with me, sports with my husband, farming with my dad, and had memories to share from family reunions with my mom. He always had something to say, and it was always interesting. The impact of his life and generosity will be felt by so many for quite a long time. The Fred and Linda Siege family will miss him terribly!

Cousin Bob's life was exemplary. It has long been said you should leave your world a better place. Bob's "world" was Greenville. He left his impact so many different ways on students, family and the community. Bob is now gone, but the rich memories will live on. It is well, it is well with his soul. And Greenville is a better place because Bob Clark lived. May we all learn from Bob's life. -- Steven Hively, husband of cousin Suzanne McDowell

I spent many days playing and "camping out" with Bob when we were children. Always enjoyed hearing his reminiscing about the "good old days." Things were so much simpler then. Now, all I will have are the memories of the good times with my cousin, Bob. As a lad, he was always an inspiration for me. As an adult, he touched and molded so many young lives as a teacher at Reynolds and others. Will miss him for his wit and wisdom. Rest in peace, Bob.

My sympathies to the entire family. He was a fellow teacher and friend. Lots of good times shared. Always upbeat. The world is a better place because of him. RIP, Clarkie.

Bob Clark, along with my father and John Julian from Greenville Airport, greatly impacted my teen years and helped shape my future path. Bob was more than a great physics and chemistry teacher. He was a special person and we kept in touch long after my graduation from RHS in 1978. He watched our kids grow up through our annual visits home for the holidays. He will be missed.

I have fond memories of Mr. Clark's science class at Reynolds Junior High School, especially his sense of humor and gentle encouragement. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he taught my niece at Kennedy Christian in the 1990s. My condolences on the loss of this fine man.

Bob lived behind our house. He was the first person to greet us when we moved in. In fact, it was about half hour after we arrived that he introduced himself to my husband and I. I really appreciated that. He was a great person and I will miss our talks by the garden. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

As a former student, he will be greatly missed. I had Mr. Clark in RHS for 9th grade science. He also came in the evenings to help us with model rockets and to teach us about astronomy. Thanks Mr. Clark, you made a difference to me.

I am so very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Jaime and I saw him in January and he couldn't have looked better. He was a huge part of our childhood as were many of you. Words cannot express how much he meant to us! I will always carry him with me! I will hear him in the songs of the birds and the crackle of a fire and will never roast a marshmallow without thinking of him. RIP Bob! I love you!
