Dear family and friends of Mary: I am Lisa George's sister. I work in the Clerk of Courts Office so I came in close contact with Mary. I loved her smile qnd her engaging laugh. But most of all I loved her cynical take on life. I thought a lot of Mary and I will miss her. She's at peace and I know that she is looking down from heaven at everyone with her smile and laugh and saying it's ok. Please take comfort in that. My prayers are with you.

For myself and the other members of the DA's office, losing Mary has been difficult. We had held out hope that she would recover. But when Tim called us a few weeks ago, we knew we were going to lose our Mary. Please know that we will always remember Mary, not just as an employee of the office, but more importantly and especially for myself and the other girls in the office, as a funny lady and a brave and inspiring friend. We take comfort in knowing that she is alive and well. Our deepest sympathies to her family. Thanks to Teresa for coming to the office this week and spending time sharing insights of her mother with myself and the other girls. We appreciate Teresa's willingness to share such memories at such a difficult time. The entire family is in our prayers.

We loved your mom. My mom was so happy when her boy Tim married Mary she said he made a great decision and we all agreed. She was special. There are no words to express my sorrow for all of you. I will miss hearing her laugh and anytime we saw her she was always happy and smiling. She was like that even when I was a little girl. She was just a wonderful person !!!! She is going to be missed greatly and I will pray for all of you. I am happy to know she is not suffering any longer though, and is finally at peace.
