Jimmy has been in my mind a great deal since I learned of his unexpected passing. He is an integral part of my memories of childhood, junior high and high school. He was kind and funny, extremely bright, and simply a "good guy." It was great to see him at class reunions and to keep up with each other through our work. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family and his many friends.

I recall Jim as a Fine student and young man as he moved through the Greenville school system. He has done well with his life which is a credit to a fine family that he came from. May he rest in peace.
