Loutzenhiser-Jordan Online Guestbook for June Durney Smith

we were saddened by your loss and ours. We always looked forward to our visits to PA and the hope that we might see Jim and June. We wish that we could have spent more time with the both of you, but time was always and is too short. June was a gracious, friendly, pleasant lady who was easy to visit with. We will miss her. She was a wonderful part of our family. May the Lord Jesus sustain you at this time. We enjoyed the pictorial tribute and the newspaper obituary. Love, Lee Books and family.

I had plans of coming to June's funeral with my brother and sister to give sympathy to Uncle Jim and family. My cold really worsened overnite and I don't want to pass it on to anyone else. As I write this, June's funeral is taking place. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I am so sorry that I cannot be there to talk with you personally. June was a very warm lady and always made me feel as if I was important to her when we talked. I am blessed to have known her. My sympathy to all of you.

My condolences to all who cared about her! My Aunt June was an old school genuinely warm woman! She always made me feel like she cared for me every time i saw her, which was mostly family reunions! She came from an amazing family, and like all of them, she faced her share of trials, but endured, and remained a loving, and exceptional woman! All that got the chance to know her and be loved by her were given a gift! I lost my mom a few years ago and i know your loss! Im sorry im cant make it to her service! If you would like to contact me my #814 671-1636. I love you Cheryl, Mike, John, and Pink!

To the family of June, My sympathy on the passing of your mother. Having been raised in Rouseville, I have many memories of your Mom and your family as I grew up. She was such a wonderful person and a very classy lady and we were all blessed to have been able to share in her journey. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Sincerely, Gail Kulling Hicks
