We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Your father was a great man who loved you very much. He lives now with his Heavenly Father, his very great reward. I hope you find comfort in your memories of him and in knowing he is at peace. John 14 is a great chapter for comfort. It says that Jesus went before us and prepares a place for us. John 14:1 "Do not let your hearts be troubled." 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 God is the God of comforts, give your sorrows to Him. We will pray for you. Love, Joe and Peggy

Judy, Mrs. Stitt, Ed, and Leslie, so many wonderful memories from my days of youth in the church with all of you ! I am so sorry for your loss !! Tho my Christian beliefs have changed, I STILL believe that there is a heaven, along with the belief of a reunion with our loved ones. I also believe that they communicate with us, tho they are gone. May you be comforted in his loving whisper, until you meet again.

I worked at Polk Center when Dr. Stitt was there. He was a wonderful doctor and an even greater person! He was very kind to all of us, employees and patients alike. He will always be remembered as a kind, wise and caring person. Blessings to his family :)

Dear Family of Dr. Stitt, He was a terrific doctor and a great man. My sister, Sandy Holbrook, has enjoyed his friendship for many years and my two children went to him and Dr. Monroe 40 and 44 years ago. May you find comfort in knowing what a legacy he has left. Dori Ingersoll
