I can not put into words how I am overwhelmed from the response from all of the people. Carla was truely loved by many. The kind words, the hugs, the help from friends and family, and the prayers. I will never forget when Carla first came to St. Michael's Elementary School. She and I were in the same class and we always had a special connection in elementary school because we shared the exact same birthday. In fact, her mom and my mom were at the same hospital, too. I was so shocked to hear the news of her passing. May the Lord surround you with His love during this difficult time for your family.
